This year, the AALS Section on Leadership is hosting several Zoom webinars for Section members to get together for fellowship and learning from one another.
We hosted the second webinar this summer, where we invited Professor Neil Hamilton to share with us his most recent thoughts on teaching professional identity formation – his new analogy is brilliant! Leah also shared her new work explaining how leadership development builds upon professional identity formation and expands it to team- and community-building.
